All Danill Jewels sales are by pre-order only. The order amount will be taken from your account as soon as your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will issue a refund back to your account. After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled as we have begun manufacturing your jewellery.
The following payments are accepted: Payment apps supported by Wix​ All direct payment offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Delivery is free throughout the European Union, UK, MC & CH. All delivery costs outside of the European Union as well as any additional expenses, (UK, MC & CH is NOT in the European Union!) including taxes and border fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.
Danill Jewels jewelry is available only via pre-order. Manufacturing and delivery is 3-6 weeks on average. Once completed by hand in our atelier, your piece will be sent to you. We use a secure delivery partner.

For security and confidentiality, all jewellery pieces are sent indiscreet and unbranded packaging

The jewelry made by Danill Jewels is exclusively crafted for you upon order. As each piece is custom-made, it cannot be returned. Please ensure your order is accurate before finalizing your purchase.

Danill Jewels packaging is minimal and functional. All jewelry pieces will arrive in a Danill Jewels or Arendar jewelry box.

All products(jewelry) you order on our website are made for you and are considered costum made and are therefore NOT routed. In the event of a defect, you can contact our customer service by telephone, by sending an email to info@danilljewels.com for repair, stating your name, address and order number, we will send you an email to confirm your request. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and in the original packaging. Please note that all returns for repair or exchanges are subject to a quality control process before being accepted. Any product showing signs of wear, damage or tampering will not be accepted for return. and costs will be charged for repairs.

Danill Jewels guarantees all products (jewelry) for 2(two) years from the date of receipt.
